The Court has allowed the lawsuit to proceed as a class action on behalf of all current and former Washington 94030 policy owners whose policies were in-force on or after January 1, 2002 and who were subject to at least one monthly deduction, subject to certain exclusions. Claims against State Farm must be proven.
